Due to COVID-19, we are having some issues receiving certain materials which has slowed down our order turnaround time. If you have a question about how long your order may take, give us a call or email us.
Order Questions
How long will it take for my order to ship?
While it can vary, generally our products ship 2-3 weeks after ordering. If the product is custom, it will take 3-4 weeks to ship. All of our products are made in the U.S. and are made to order for you! If you are looking to get something in a shorter window of time, give us a call and we can let you know if that’s possible. Check out our Shipping Information page for more details on turnaround time after your order hits the road.
I’m looking to return or exchange a product, how can I do that?
Sometimes it happens- something just isn’t quite right about your product. We know our covers and hardware are the best in the business- that’s why we stand by our products so firmly. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, return it for a full refund or exchange it, whether it’s a similar product or not. Call or email us with your order number and we’ll take care of it personally. For more information, read our Returns and Exchanges policy.
I can’t find the size/specifications that I need for my boat, do you take custom orders?
If you are looking for a slightly longer or shorter strut than what you can find on the site, give us a call and we will let you know what specifications we can build to.
Product Questions
What measurements do I need to get the right size?
Width is the most important measurement when you’re figuring out what will fit your boat. Find the points at which you will be anchoring your top and measure between them- that number is going to be the width you’re looking for. Length is generally up to preference depending on how much shade coverage you want. For a full in-depth guide of how to measure your boat to get the right fit, check out our Sizing Guide.
How durable are your canvas tops?
We really mean it when we say our products are guaranteed as tough as your boat- or your money back. We use solution-dyed fabric, which essentially means that unlike many other canvas tops, our color goes all the way through the fabric (rather than being coated just on the outside). We also use PolyTetraFlouroEthylene (PTFE) thread- a super durable, super-UV resistant thread that will literally outlast the canvas. Together, this makes a crazy strong top that will last through sun, rain, cleaning, and whatever else you and your boat get into.
What does a bimini top kit include?
Our kits include everything you need to get out on the water and enjoy the shade. Included in a kit is the frame, canvas, boot (storage bag), and all the hardware you need to mount your bimini top.
What is the difference between the kinds of tops you offer?
The key difference to keep in mind is that our Sport Tops are designed for sport boats. They have round hardware and do not have an adjustable height. Our pontoon and buggy tops have adjustable height struts and are designed to mount onto your pontoon railings.
