Locally Machined, Anodized and Cut per Order

We take pride in the fact that our bimini tops are constructed right here in the USA, all in our hometown of Warsaw, Indiana. The super-lightweight aluminum we use is extruded locally, before being sent to our aluminum anodizer, a chemical process where it’s textured, brushed and sealed with a chemical sealant that makes it rust resistant, scratch resistant and weather resistant.

From there it’s cut down to size to your exact order, and the TopMaster team individually bends each piece of metal for every bimini top order that comes in.

Rust and Corrosion Resistant Stainless Steel

Our bimini top fasteners and deck mounts are constructed using SS316 Marine Grade Steel, the most common steel used in marine manufacturing, because of it’s extreme resistance to rust and corrosion.

Fluted vs. Smooth Metal Bimini Top Options

For pontoon boat bimini tops, we offer both fluted (with textured parallel grooves running up and down the metal) and smooth metal, because most customers want something that is going to match the metal style that is already on their boat.

It’s completely up to you whether you prefer the grooved texture of our fluted option vs. the smooth option, and you may want to consider the diameter as well in your purchase.

For reference, our smooth metal is available in both the 1-inch and 1.25-inch frame, while fluted is available only in the 1.25-inch frame.

For sport boat bimini tops, we offer a round 7/8th-inch metal frame.
