Order Questions
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email entered under “Billing Information”.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days pending credit verification. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the same email address you received your order confirmation. This email will include UPS tracking information so that you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to its destination. Ship times are calculated by shipping carriers and are only estimates*.
Turnaround times for orders vary depending on the products in your order. Hardware and tops that are in stock ship within 5 business days. Products that are Made to Order, like our Dealer frames, take 3-4 weeks to produce and ship. Check the individual product page for information on what’s in stock. If you have a concern about turnaround time, feel free to contact us!
Yes! TopMaster Marine ships anywhere in the world through UPS or DHL. Shipping times may vary, depending on the destination country. Please note: Duties, taxes, and shipping broker fees are not included in the total at checkout. These additional fees are determined by the shipping carrier and the customs agency within the destination country and require payment by the receipt at delivery. Payment of duty, import taxes, and broker fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If shipment is refused, we will refund you for the value of the order excluding shipping cost.
If you need to update an address, contact information or otherwise edit your order after it has been placed, please email us with the necessary changes ASAP. If your order contains an in-stock item, it will begin processing within the next 1-2 business days after which we cannot guarantee that your changes will be possible, so don’t delay!
Once your order has been received, it will take 1-2 business days until it is processed. If you ordered items that we have in inventory, it will ship within 5-7 business days. If your product is being made to order, it will take 3-4 weeks to ship. If it has been longer than that since you placed your order and you have not received shipping confirmation, please email us with your order number and our customer service will find out the status of your order.
Sometimes it happens- something just isn’t quite right about your product. We know our covers and hardware are the best in the business. That’s why we stand by our products so firmly. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, return it for a full refund** or exchange it for another product. Contact us with your order number and we’ll take care of it personally.

At the moment, we cannot guarantee manufacturing faster than what is listed on the site. If you require rushed shipping, please contact us directly and we will let you know what options are available.
*TopMaster Marine is not responsible for any shipping delays by the shipping carrier. Please check that your shipping address is correct as TopMaster Marine is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address that was entered at checkout. We are unable to reship or refund orders that were sent to an incorrect address unless the package is forwarded back to us by the postal carrier. TopMaster Marine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages so please ensure you use a trusted shipping address when ordering.

Supply lines are extremely unpredictable at the moment. If the color or product you want is marked out of stock, you can sign up for product updates on the product page or find the form here. We will do our best to keep you informed as products come in.
Our bimini tops are designed to be as close to a universal fit as possible. While we can’t guarantee that our frames will be a perfect fit for your specific boat, our kits can be modified to fit almost any boat within the specifications of our measurements.
The sizes of our pontoon bimini kits are determined by the width and length of your boat in feet. Our sport top kits have three measurement ranges- width, length, and height in inches. Check out our Measuring Guide to make sure you get the right fit!
Our replacement pontoon canvases are designed specifically for TopMaster Marine frames. They may fit another 4-bow, 1 ¼” frame- each size has a diagram of the distance between the zippered pockets so you can check if the canvas will fit the frame you have. If for any reason the canvas you order does not fit, you may return or exchange it!
We don’t currently make frames or canvas to custom specifications. If you are concerned about the fit of our frame or canvas on your pontoon, check out our Help Guides or feel free to send us an email with measurements or photos. We will do our best to point you in the right direction!
Our canvas is made of UV, weather and fade resistant coated canvas. They are the longest lasting bimini tops on the market, made from the highest quality marine-grade materials. If you’d like to know more about the materials we use, check out our Materials page!
When you purchase a bimini top kit, it will come with an aluminum frame, canvas top, matching storage boot and all the hardware you need to assemble and mount it to your boat. Read our Assembly & Instructions guide for more information!
We have a variety of bimini top styles to suit your boat! Our pontoon tops are made with 1 ¼” square anodized aluminum frames and are designed to be mounted on the rails of your pontoon. Our sport tops are designed to be mounted on a variety of fishing and sport boats- they’re rated for higher speeds and are easier to mount on a gunnel. Website Questions
Creating an account is simple! You can either click the “My Account” button at the top of the website or click “Checkout” in your cart. You’ll be taken to a page where you can either log in with your existing account or register for a new account.
You can check out as a guest without creating an account with TopMaster Marine. However, you will not be able to look up your order history, download invoices, or save shipping and billing information for later.
If you have an account with TopMaster Marine, all of your order history is securely stored on our server. If you need to refresh your memory on what you ordered last week, last month, or last year you can visit your Account Page and click on Order History. If you did not create an account when you ordered, please email us and we will find your information.
If you can’t recall your password, or need to reset it, please visit the forgot your password page on the account login page. The missing info will be sent to the email you used to register your account.
If you’ve requested a password reset email, but haven’t received it, please be sure to check your Spam and/or Junk folders, as our message may have been sent there. Our customer service cannot look up your password for you.
