Product FAQ
PRODUCT FAQ
How long will it take to ship my order?
Bentley bows are created to order, which means your parts will be manufactured after you place your order with us. Average manufacturing time from order date to ship date is about 4-5 weeks.I need to replace my Bentley canvas- can I order that here?
TopMaster Marine only makes the aluminum bimini frame. Bentley canvases are made in-house; contact their customer service here to inquire about canvas replacements.Does the frame come assembled?
Bentley replacement frames require assembly- bows come in three pieces. All hardware required for assembly is included in your order. These are custom products, so cannot be returned and are subject to a 30% restocking fee on an exchange. Can I return my Bentley replacement bow?
Bentley replacement parts are made to order and considered a custom product- each combination of year and style of frame is unique to Bentley and cannot be restocked. If you are concerned about receiving the correct parts, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team with questions! What’s the difference between freestanding and standard?
Freestanding frames do not have a front strut- instead, they have a stanchion arm that connects the rear bow to the front bow for support. This gives a little extra space for pontoon models with fishing seats, gates, or other features. Check out our help guide for more information. How do I know how many bows are on my bimini frame?
Bows are the long metal pieces that cross the top of your bimini and connect to the frame or the rails of your boat. The simplest way to make sure you are ordering the right frame is to count how many metal bars cross your pontoon, starting in the back and moving to the front.
