How long will it take to ship my order? 

Our hardware is inventoried at our facilities and usually takes 3-5 business days to ship. If your order contains canvas or frames, it will ship when they are completed.

What if my order arrives and it doesn’t fit?

We have a full refund and exchange policy- as long as there is no modification or damage, we can either refund or replace your hardware with something that will fit. Just contact us and we will help you out!
